High Peak Hunting News for January

Posted on January 9, 2014 in High Peak Newsletters

Happy New Year to you. I hope that the holiday period saw you able to relax with friends and family to reflect on 2013 and what might be ahead for you in 2014… for some lucky hunters, could I suggest an overseas hunting adventure might be on the cards? For others, maybe it will be one day. Either way, we at High Peak wish you every success in your hunting endeavours over the coming year.

The Season Ahead…

We’re really looking forward to the 2014 season – check out the fella to the right taken with a long range lens last week. As I type, early March through to late May are booked solid with hunters visiting us from Canada, Australia, Nepal, Denmark and the USA.

We have some good availability early and late season outside these dates. If you’re interested, please make an application or ask us about 2015.

Tip of the month: Getting the best out of your Guide.

We think the NZ hunting experience is unique. The use of the word ‘safari’ to describe it annoys us and we think we can do better than poaching someone else’s terms. READ MORE.

I’ll be in touch next month with some more tips, stories, rants and other such quality fare. Until then, I wish you all the best for 2014 and we hope to see you ‘down under’ soon.

Fill out our Online Application Form and we will get back to you with some more information and a detailed quote.
